The phone itself is pretty good, however, I am already thinking about getting another phone because it does not have a built in mp3 player and therefore I cannot download any songs to my phone. I can't even download ringtones from the sprint store, or get on youtube which is one of my most used websites. It also doesn't have a video recorder, I thought all phones that were made now had those, guess I was wrong! But other then that it is an okay phone, I seriously think it was made more for children or adults thats not up-to-date with using phones. I want my smartphone back,and thats just what I may do.
